Additionally, I offer reference sheets, emotes, and PNGtuber models on my menu.The charm of gacha cards greatly influences my primary artistic style, aiming to echo their captivating nature in my drawings. I hope my artwork can mesmerize you as much as those cards do! I also dabble in diverse artistic styles—don't hesitate to explore them.Most of my art samples revolves around creating birthday fanart for my fave characters from rhythm games like Enstars, Bandori, and Pjsk, as well as role-playing games such as Genshin Impact.

What is the process to request a commission?

Once you've filled out my commission form and I've received it, I'll contact you through the social media account you've provided. After clarifying details with you, I'll inform you when I begin working on your order.

Do you have discount packages?

No, I don't have any at the moment.

What do you consider as commercial for commissions?

Commercial commissions encompass anything that will be used in your streams, novels, webcomics, games, company, or any project that generates profit by utilizing my art. This also applies if you intend to sell merchandise featuring my art. Please feel free to discuss this further if you plan on using my art for commercial purposes.

What do you NOT consider commercial for commissions?

I will not charge a commercial fee if you plan to use your commission as a wallpaper, profile picture, or banner. However, please credit me somewhere on your profile if you do. The same goes if you post my artwork online—please credit me for that as well.

How will you communicate with me when working on my commission?

I will direct message you on your preferred account that you've provided in my form to share recent work updates.

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Once I receive your form, I'll reach out to you through your chosen social media account mentioned in the form.
2. After discussing and confirming the details with you, I'll create and send a sketch for your approval. At this stage, you're welcome to request major changes.
3. Upon approval of the sketch, I'll generate a PayPal invoice for the agreed amount. Payment is required before proceeding, and you have the option to pay either half or the full amount.
4. After receiving your payment, I'll share the lineart for your review. During this phase, you can request minor changes.
5. Once the lineart is approved, I'll add the base colors and present them to you for approval. Changes in colors is the only thing that can be change at this stage.
6. If you've paid only half previously, the remaining half needs to be paid before I proceed further. After completing the payment, I'll move on with the project. However, if you've paid in full, I'll proceed directly to the finishing details after your approval.
7. Once I've finished the artwork, I'll send you a large watermarked version for your feedback and approval.
8. Upon approval, I'll request your email to send you the high-definition (HD) version of the completed artwork> Please keep in mind that you are only allowed to cancel your commission without payment during the sketch phase. After the sketch phase, depending on the artwork's details, you are required to pay the amount I'll charge, even if you decide to cancel your commission.

General

1) By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
2) I reserve the right to retain artist credits and showcase the artwork in our portfolio and on our social media.
3) Please consult with me before modifying the received artwork. Adding icons, filters, etc., is permissible.
4) I may decline commission requests that make me uncomfortable. Kindly respect my decision without insisting, please.
5) I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.

Uses and Credits

1) I will apply my watermark to all commissioned artworks, which must remain unaltered or removed, except for commercial use payments.
2) Paying for commercial rights doesn't grant ownership or allow claiming my artwork as your own.
3) Editing, tracing, copying, or reselling my artworks is prohibited.
4) Please refrain from using the artwork commercially without prior agreement. Commercial projects may involve additional fees or royalties.
5) Please credit me by linking their relevant social media account/s when reposting commissioned artwork.
6) I request transactions solely from individuals equipped with their own PayPal/Gcash accounts. Exceptions for transactions by a third party require prior discussion and mutual consent.
7) Your payment includes my services and the artwork's PNG file. Profiting from them is prohibited.
8) You'll only get the high-resolution digital file/s of the commission; no physical shipment to your address.
9) I forbid the use of my artworks for NFTs and AI art.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

1) To avoid scams or issues, please wait for my PayPal invoice before making payments.
2) PayPal serves as my primary payment method.
3) If payment isn't received within 72 hrs of invoicing, we'll cancel the commission unless a mutual delay agreement is reached.
4) The commission payment can be made in two ways: 100% after your approval of the sketch or split into two payments of 50% - one after the sketch approval and the other before I send the final artwork. I'll discuss this with you once I've sent the breakdown of the commission price.
5) All extra charges (rush fees, additional edits, added assets, etc.) will be acknowledged and honored by all parties.
6) Please refrain from initiating a chargeback. Refund requests and commission cancellations are only permissible during the draft stage.
7) If refunded or charged back, you forfeit ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork, regardless of its completion stage.
8) Payments can be made in USD.

Requests and Revisions

1) No changes are allowed in the finishing stage.
2) Changing references is permissible only if work on your commission hasn't commenced yet.
3) You have three rounds for changes. Major changes are for the sketch review, while lineart and base color reviews are for minor adjustments.
4) Additional revisions beyond this point will incur extra charges.

Rules

1) Any violation of my terms will result in the individual responsible being blacklisted.
2) If a chargeback or any form of extortion occurs, I reserve the right to publicly disclose the offender's social media profiles, PayPal email, and relevant business communications as evidence of violating my Terms of Service.
3) If the buyer relinquishes the rights to the work, I have the authority to resell the work and derive further profit from it as I choose.
